Today, Italian giants AC Milan will decide whether or not to go ahead with the loan transfer of Victor Boniface.
According to the influential Italian all-sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan will decide on the striker’s transfer today after some issues came up as it concerns his right knee during an extensive medical check.
The 24-year-old Victor Boniface has suffered two ACL injuries when he played for Norwegian club Bodo Glimt and also has a history of long-term injuries.
Danish striker Conrad Harder of Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon has been listed as a possible replacement for the Super Eagles star should Milan pull out of the transfer.
Milan proposed to pay German club Bayer Leverkusen a loan fee of five million euros for the striker.
They will also have the option to buy him on a permanent basis for 24 million euros after this loan spell.
In January, Victor Boniface was close to a lucrative contract to top Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
