Paul Onuachu has congratulated the winner of the Belgium Golden Shoe, while also saying he is pleased with what he achieved to emerge among the top nominees.
Genk striker Onuachu placed third in the Golden Shoe award, which was won by Antwerp star Lior Rafaelov.
“Refaelov is a beautiful winner,” Onuachu congratulated.
“I did a great job also, but only one person can win.
“I am proud and happy to be on the podium.”
Onuachu has thus far scored 19 goals in as many matches this season with most of the goals scored last year.
