William Ekong has said goodbye to Udinese after two years at the Italian Serie A club as he looks set to complete a transfer to English Championship side Watford.
In his Instagram post, the Super Eagles assistant captain said he was grateful for two good years in Italy, but that it was also a time for change.
Ekong has lost his first-team place at Udinese after a superb debut season in Italy.
Udinese and Watford, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, are owned by the Pozzos.
Football has taken the experienced central defender to Holland, England, Belgium and Norway.
