Former Nigeria star Jonathan Akpoborie has charged Jurgen Klopp to lead the Super Eagles to World Cup triumph after he would finished with Liverpool.
Klopp won Liverpool their first Premier League crown in 30 years this past season.
He also won the UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup with ‘The Reds’.
“Win the World Cup with Germany or Nigeria please,” Akpoborie tweeted in answer to what the Liverpool boss should do after he would have called it a day at Anfield.
Akpoborie, who played most of his career in Germany, has been a staunch advocate for a top-class expatriate coach to guide the Super Eagles to glory.
Nigeria are currently ranked 31st in the world by FIFA and their best performances at the World Cup were achieved in 1994, 1998 and 2014, when they reached the knockout rounds of world football showpiece event.
