Turkish champions Galatasaray have announced that Victor Osimhen will undergo a knee surgery tomorrow.

This will effectively rule him out of the Super Eagles must-win 2027 AFCON double-header against Tanzania later this month.
Galatasaray announced that Osimhen suffered a left strain on his left knee during a UEFA Champions League home tie against Stuttgart.
They said the striker has therefore been taken out of the matchday squad against close challengers Amedspor for tomorrow’s Turkish Super Lig clash.
Galatasaray are two points ahead of Amedspor in the Super Lig standings after 10 tounds of matches.
