President of the Nigerian coaches association, Ladan Bosso, has saluted the exploits of the Falconets at this year’s U20 Women’s World Cup despite several odds with special mention of the work done by the coaches.
“Nigerian coaches are magicians,” Bosso declared.
“I make special reference with the Falconets coach, Moses Aduku, who is making waves at the World Cup even though he is without seven of his key players.
“He and his assistants remained focused and this has now brought out the best from those players who were available to him.
“This is often the case with many coaches, who work under very difficult conditions and still deliver results.
“That is why I said we the Nigerian coaches are magicians.”
The former Flying Eagles coach will also back the Falconets to go all the way to win their first World Cup in Poland.
“With the support of Nigerians and the government, they have everything to finally win this World Cup after they lost the final in 2010 and 2014,” Bosso predicted.
The Falconets tackle Colombia later today for a place in the semifinal of the World Cup.
