Former Golden Eaglets winger Samuel Akere will soon have to be shopping for a new club after he was put on the transfer market by Polish club Widzew Lodz.
According to information from Szymon Janczyk of Weszlo.com, Widzew Łódź have published a transfer list that includes Samuel Akere.
Last season, he played on loan at NK Osijek.
The reason for his potential departure is that he did not meet expectations at Widzew Łódź.
In 15 Ekstraklasa appearances, he has scored one goal and provided one assist.
His contract was to expire on June 30, 2029, and it included an option to extend for another 12 months.
