Due to various withdrawals, coach Eric Chelle has now been forced to cut down the size of his Super Eagles squad for the friendlies against Poland and Portugal.
The coach said he will now have to work with only 18 players as against the 25 players originally slated for these matches.
He has already confirmed the absence of Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze, Samson Tijani and Alhassan Yusuf for various reasons.
Femi Azeez, who shone at the Unity Cup, is one of the additions to the squad.
Nigeria face Poland Wednesday, before they take on World Cup-bound Portugal eight days later.
