Golden Eaglets forward Akinkunmi Amoo has said he hopes to soon be playing for the first-team of Swedish club Hammarby.
Hammarby have an agreement with Amoo’s Lagos academy and he is expected to finally join the Swedish club in the summer.
The stocky winger, who will be 18 on June 7, has revealed he has been assured by the Hammarby coach he could play directly with the first team.
Further endorsement has come from no other personality than the legendary Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is a big investor at Hammarby.
Amoo trained with the first team when he first visited the Swedish club last year.
