Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu has emerged as joint top scorer in the Turkish Super Lig this season.
Onuachu netted 22 goals, same as Eldor Shomurodov of Basasksehir.
He is thus the sixth Trabzonspor player to achieve this feat.
Onuachu scored 36% of his team’s goals in the Süper Lig. In 34 league matches, the Black Sea team found the net 61 times, and the Nigerian star was their top scorer with 22 goals.
The Black Sea team earned 43 points in the 18 matches in which Onuachu scored, with 13 wins, 4 draws, and 1 loss.
Trabzonspor obtained 66% of their points in matches where Onuachu scored.
