1.Victor Osimhen
The Super Eagles star striker was again the man for the big occasion as his headed effort proved to be the match winner in the Istanbul Derby against Besiktas. The 27-year-old striker has now fired 11 goals in the Super Liga. Galatasaray are top of the table, four points ahead of closest rivals Fenerbache with nine rounds of matches to the end of the season. The road win over fierce city rivals will boost the confidence of Galatasaray going into tomorrow’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first leg clash against Premier League champions Liverpool. Last September, it was an early penalty goal by Osimhen that was the difference between the two clubs in the group phase of the Champions League. Will the Nigerian striker again prove to be the match winner for the Turkish champions at the expense of their illustrious visitors from England tomorrow night?
