No surprises as coach Eric Chelle has started out his best XI for today’s 2025 AFCON quarterfinal against Algeria, just as he did in the victories over Tunisia and Mozambique.
Again the formation is 4-3-3.
The strike force led by Victor Osimhen also has Ademola Lookman and Jerome Akor, while the midfield will be marshalled by captain Wilfred Ndidi alongside Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka.
The defence to cover goalkeeper Stanly Nwabali has fullbacks Bruno Onyemaechi and Bright Osayi-Samuel as well as central defenders Calvin Bassey and Semi Ajayi.
Kick-off is 5pm in Marrakech.
