SCORENigeria has specially gathered that Victor Osimhen will be one of several key Super Eagles players who will give a controversial AFCON warm-up friendly against Egypt a miss.
Osimhen will not fly to Egypt for the rescheduled friendly fixed for December 16 in Cairo when he is released by his Turkish club Galatasaray.
Instead, he will head directly to Morocco for the AFCON.
He is understood to be one of several players who have kicked against the Egypt friendly as they fear injury and fatigue with barely a week to their opening AFCON group game versus Tanzania in Fes, Morocco.
