At least two Premier League clubs and several others in the English Championship are closely following the situation of Taiwo Awoniyi at Nottingham Forest.
He has also been linked with a return to the Bundesliga with Werder Bremen specifically mentioned.
A regular starter on arrival from Bundesliga club Union Berlin in the summer of 2022, Awoniyi is now battling for game time at Forest after several injury layoffs.
The 28-year-old striker has only made four appearances this season.
He has a contract with Forest until June 2027 and his Transfermarkt valuation is put at 14 million euros.
