Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem became the first player since 2023 to score against his team and also score for them in the French Ligue 1.
Awaziem deflected a ball into his goal in first half added time for visiting Lorient to take the lead.
He will then salvage a point for FC Nantes when he headed home in stoppage time.
In January 2023, Abdallah Sima did something similar playing for Angers against – wait for it – Lorient.
