Former international Victor Anichebe has lamented that the Super Eagles were very poor against DR Congo, who deserved to go through to the Intercontinental World Cup Playoffs.
“Nigeria won’t be at the World Cup again!” he lamented on Instagram
“Congo deserved it, we were so poor. No game plan. No tactics.
“Without Osimhen no tactics, no plan.
“Congo well organised.”
He therefore called for the restructuring of Nigerian football to halt the retrogression it has been experiencing.
