Super Falcons star Gift Monday has continued to make waves in the NWSL of the USA after she fired a hat-trick to send Washington Spirit into the Championship Playoffs.
Gift Monday set a new NWSL record for the fastest hat-trick ever, which was within 36 minutes, and it was also the first hat-trick at her team’s home ground.
She opened scoring against Houston Dash in the 18th minute, got her brace on 21 minutes, before she completed with a one-time shot in the 36th minute.
