Raphael Onyedika has been rewarded for his superlative form with selection to the Team of the Week in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.
After scoring in the UEFA Champions League against Monaco in midweek, the Super Eagles midfielder was in superb form for Club Brugge to beat Sint-Truiden 2-0 at the weekend.
He was as a result named in the Team of the Week by Voetbalpremieur
“In midfield, we can’t ignore Club Brugge’s Raphael Onyedika,” the publication reported.
“He was already strong against AS Monaco, but against STVV he was always available for a pass and even had a foot in Nicolo Tresoldi’s goal.
“He is therefore the Player of the Week on Tijd voor Voetbal.”
He will line up in a four-man midfield in a 4-4-2 formation.
