Flying Eagles striker Ahmed Abdullahi is set to drop down two divisions in England as he is now likely to quit Premier League side Sunderland.
The 21-year-old striker has been dogged by a niggling groin that needed surgery.
Reports said he has interested a number of clubs in League One, who want to sign him this summer.
Former Golden Eaglets star Abdullahi previously featured for the Gent second team.
