Record signing Victor Osimhen will not feature in tonight’s opening match of the Turkish Super Lig at Gaziantep FK.
Kick-off time is 7.30pm tonight.
Osimhen was not listed by Galatasaray on the match day squad even though he has resumed full team training with the team.
The striker did not also feature in the team’s final pre-season game against Lazio, which ended in a 2-2 draw.
Galatasaray are aiming for fourth straight league championship.
Last season, they lost only once – against Besiktas – on their way to a third consecutive championship.
What could have led to him missing the opener? I hope our guy is good over there??
