Inter Milan will most likely submit an improved bid for Ademola Lookman after Atalanta twice rejected their offer for the player.
Multiple reports said Inter may now raise their offer to 48 million euros to unblock this transfer.
Atalanta rejected Inter’s offer of 42+3 million euros, insisting on 50 million euros.
Ademola Lookman is currently training separately in Zigonia due to a mild calf injury.
He has expressed frustration on social media, indicating that the club had promised him a move last summer, which was delayed due to the sale of Koopmeiners.
Lookman is eager to join Inter and has removed all references to Atalanta from his social media.
He is said to have a verbal agreement with Inter for a five-year contract with an annual salary of four million euros.
