Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal have submitted a formal bid of 75 Million Euros to Napoli for Victor Osimhen.
This has been reported by Transfer Expert Matteo Moretto on X
The 75 Million Euros is guaranteed, something that Galatasaray have yet to provide.
The Saudis said the money will be paid in two instalments of 37.5 Million Euros each.
However, Al Hilal have yet to get the green light from Osimhen.
In the case of Galatasaray offer, Napoli are yet to approve it.
