Manchester United have tabled before relegated Leicester City what has been described as a “lowball” offer of Five Million Pounds for Super Eagles midfield star Wilfred Ndidi.
Relegation to the English Championship by Leicester City has triggered a clause allowing Ndidi to transfer for a modest £9m.
Team Talk reported that Manchester United director of football, Jason Wilcox, believes a deal can be reached for less than the release clause, given Leicester’s financial constraints in the second tier.
Ndidi is seen as an ideal upgrade for Casemiro at United.
