An Italian football expert has revealed that Premier League club Crystal Palace fell short of signing former star Victor Moses and thus paving the way for the ex-Super Eagles ace to join Inter Milan.
Serie A club Inter today announced the loan move of Moses till the end of the season with an option for permanent transfer thereafter.
He has thus reunited with coach Antonio Conte with who he won both the Premier League and the FA at Chelsea.
Italian football expert Gianluca di Marizo revealed that Palace were in the chase for Moses, who in the end opted to move to Italy.
“Palace were also interested in signing the player, but in the end he chose to reunite with Conte at Inter,” he revealed.
Victor Moses, 29, started out at Palace, where he played beween 2007 and 2010, before he headed to Wigan Athletic.
He joined Chelsea in 2012.
