His Madrid club are now five points clear of the danger zone with only a round of matches to the end of the season in Spain. On a personal note, it has truly been a breakthrough season for the player as he fired four goals in 32 La Liga appearances. Not bad for a player coming through from the lower leagues in Spain and who is listed as a midfielder.

This is already his most prolific season in Serie A after he fired 13 goals in his debut season and then followed that up with 11 goals last season.

3.Terem Moffi

He came on as a sub and almost immediately hit target when he got to the end of a through ball, rounded up the goalkeeper before coolly slotting home for Nice fifth goal in a 6-0 drubbing of Brest. He can confidently look forward to a busy and much more productive campaign next season as Nice will feature in the UEFA Champions League.

The Napoli loanee has now won trophies and scored goals for Galatasaray to do the league and cup double this season. Osimhen is now the most prolific foreign player ever in Turkey after he scored his 36th goal in Sunday’s Super Lig game against Kayserispor. Galatasaray only needed a point in this home game to be crowned champions of Turkey for the third straight season. They won 3-0 and then celebrated their 25th championship in style. The talk now is where will their Nigerian sharp shooter head to after his very successful loan spell. The Galatasaray fans were clear on that Sunday night as they displayed huge banners asking him to stay.
