Montpellier striker Jerome Akor has told SCORENigeria he will be out for “a few weeks” after he suffered a muscle strain recently.
Akor was forced out of a Ligue 1 game against Brest just before the international break.
“I suffered a strain in the abductor muscle,” he told SCORENigeria
“I will be out for a few weeks and miss a couple of games, but I have already started rehab.”
The 24-year-old striker has scored thrice in 11 appearances as Montpellier battle to stay up in the French Ligue 1 this season.
