Super Eagles shot stopper Maduka Okoye began from where he left off last season as his magnificent performance helped Udinese to a 1-1 draw with Bologna.
Bologna took the lead in the second half through a 57th minute Riccardo Orsolini penalty, after they tried various times but failed to break the deadlock in the first half.
Udinese however replied 11 minutes later through Lautaro Giannetti to tie the game.
Both teams continued to push for the winner but it was Okoye’s brilliant performance that helped Udinese scale through, as he pulled off five stops to ensure Udinese scaled through with a point.
