PSG will wait until the last days of the transfer window before they will make another bid for Victor Osimhen, according to Il Mattino
The Super Eagles striker has continued to train with Napoli at Castel di Sagro without a clear pathway to his exit.
Il Mattino has now reported that PSG are playing a waiting game with Napoli so that president Aurelio de Laurentiis will be hard pressed to sell Osimhen far cheaper than his release clause of 130 Million Euros.
The newspaper has even gone on to report that in the final days of the summer transfer window, which closes on August 31, PSG will table a bid of around 70 Million Euros for the striker.
The newspaper said at that point in time Napoli will be ready to offload Osimhen so that they could use the cash to get a couple of new signings as well.
Osimhen has already agreed to a transfer to the perennial Ligue 1 champions and it has already been reported that a five-year contract with an annual salary of 14 Million Euros have been worked out for the player.
However, negotiations between Napoli and PSG for Osimhen have stalled since last week that allowed Premier League club Chelsea to now revive their interest in the 25-year-old striker.
