The Super Eagles striker, who has been linked with a move away from Rangers in the off-season, drew his Scottish club level in the 14th minute, when he rounded up the goalkeeper to score.
He again restored parity at 4-4 in the 68th minute with an individual effort inside the Union Berlin box.
Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun was a late sub for Rangers in his German hometown.
It was the final build-up game for Rangers as they open their campaign for the new season Saturday.
