Former England star Wayne Rooney is excited that Flying Eagles striker Muhammed Tijani will play for him in the new season in England.
Tijani from Czech club Slavia Praha has signed a season-long loan deal with English Championship side Plymouth with an option for a permanent contract.
Rooney said the striker, who will soon be 24, comes with a good pedigree.
“Muhamed joining further strengthens our forward line and he will bring different attributes to the squad,” Rooney told the Plymouth website.
“He is big, athletic and can run in behind, but is equally as good at holding the ball up and bringing other players into play.
“He has played and scored in the Europa League so comes with good pedigree but is also young and keen to improve. We are really looking forward to working with him.”
