Enugu Rangers have already been crowned champions after they beat Bendel Insurance 2-0 at home last weekend to record an unassailable 67 points from 37 matches.
Remo Stars, Enyimba, Shooting Stars, Plateau United and Lobi Stars are the teams jostling for continental football.
Remo Stars are second in the standings with 62 points and will be home against Katsina United, while last season’s champions Enyimba are third on 60 points and welcome Plateau United to Aba.
Fourth-placed Shooting Stars will be expected to be stretched by visiting Sporting Lagos, who are fighting to stay up in the top flight.

Sporting Lagos are in the relegation zone in 17th position on 46 points and will need to win in Ibadan to have any chance of escaping the dreaded drop.
Doma United have a tougher task to avoid going down.
They are 18th on the table with 43 points, welcome Abia Warriors on the final day and will also have to win by a record score to stay alive in the top league.
Bottom clubs Gombe United and Heartland have already been relegated to the second-tier NNL.
