Ochigbo played as a right-sided midfielder in a new 4-4-2 formation deployed by Manu Garba.
He held his own as the Nigeria U17s flew past Togo 3-0 to win Group B and set up a semifinal clash against Group A runners-up Cote d’Ivoire Saturday evening.
Kick-off at the University Stadium pitch in Accra is 7pm in Nigeria.
Eaglets skipper Simon Cletus was winner of the Man of the Match awards for the previous two Group B games against Burkina Faso and Niger.
