Brave Super Falcons defender Osinachi Ohale was voted Player of the Match as Nigeria stunned World Cup co-hosts Australia 3-2 in a Group B match today.
Ohale literally put her body on the line to put Nigeria in front for the first time in the match after Australia had taken the lead.
She headed right into the net to make it 2-1 in favour of the Falcons and in the process she was kicked directly in the chest and had to be attended to for several minutes by medics.
She also took full charge of the defense as the Falcons posted a tactical master piece to outshine the highly-fancied Matildas of Australia.
This is her fourth World Cup.
