Jerome Akor is the hottest player on the transfer market in Norway and according to Discovery’s football expert Asbjørn Myhre he should make a big transfer this summer.
Akor is the leading scorer in Norway with 15 goals from 14 matches.
Several English clubs including Leicester City and Middlesbrough are tracking the 23-year-old striker after earlier interests from Germany, Belgium and the MLS.
“The very hottest player for a big sale is Akor Adams,” declared Asbjorn.
“I can hardly imagine him not being sold this summer,”
The expert gave several reasons the Eliteserien’s top scorer will interest many clubs.
He remarked: “He is at a very good age, but at the same time he has so much going for him – Adams scores a lot of goals, he is fast, strong, can play alone at the top, and along another striker.
“I think this is completely unique for a player in the Eliteserien.”
Last Sunday, both Middlesbrough and Leicester scouts were at the stadium to watch the striker in action.
His transfermarkt value is four Million Euros.
