Striker Victor Boniface is now a priority signing for top Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen.
According to the leading German newspaper Bild, Leverkusen need an immediate replacement for injured striker Patrik Schick.
This comes at a time that Premier League side Everton have also make contacts over the player.
The Bundesliga club know a lot about the former Flying Eagles striker when they battled Union St.Gilloise in the UEFA Europa League last season.
He was outstanding in the Europa League as Union reached the knockout rounds of the competition.
Victor Boniface scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 51 appearances for his Belgian club since his arrival from Norwegian club Bodo/Glimt last summer.
He was a top nominee for the Professional Footballer Award in Belgium.
The Transfermakt value of the 22-year-old centre-forward is 12 Million Euros.
