Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis scored the match winner for Club Brugge to reach the group stage of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of LASK Linz of Austria tonight.
Club Brugge won 2-1 at home tonight to go through 3-1 on aggregate.
Dennis doubled the Belgian club’s lead a minute from full time after the visiting team had drawn level on 74 minutes.
Incidentally, Dennis scored his goal just a minute after he had replaced compatriot and fellow Nigeria U23 star David Okereke.
Former Golden Eaglets striker Yusuf Otubanjo was a late sub for the Austrians.
