A last-minute change has seen Mavlon FC goalkeeper Otoblo John Audu replace Saheed Jimoh as the Flying Eagles third goalkeeper on a final squad to this year’s U20 World Cup in Argentina.
Former Golden Eaglets goalkeeper Jimoh was third-choice goalkeeper at both last year’s WAFU B qualifiers as the well as the U20 AFCON in Egypt in March.
He was conspicuously missing at the team’s final training at the MKO Abiola National Stadium Friday morning.
Chijioke Aniagboso is now the team’s No 1 goalkeeper ahead of Nathaniel Nwosu.
