Chuba Akpom has been shortlisted for the English Championship Player of the Season.
The former Arsenal ace, who has pledged his international future to Nigeria after representing England at age-grade levels, has netted 26 goals to lift Middlesbrough to the promotion playoffs.
Viktor Gyokeres of Coventry City and Burnley midfielder Josh Brownhill have also been nominated for the top award.
The winner will be announced on Sunday, April 23, at the EFL Awards.
