The Super Eagles winger drew Villarreal level on 39 minutes, when he controlled the ball backing the goal, turned before he eliminated his marker and then slotted past the goalkeeper.
He will then snatch the winning goal 10 minutes from time for his club to win 3-2 and dent the hopes of Real successfully defending their championship crown this season.
It was a wonderful, left-footed curler from the edge of the box that is good enough to win any game of football.
He has now netted five goals and delivered three assists in La Liga this season.
Real Madrid are now 12 points behind leaders and main rivals Barcelona with 10 rounds of matches to the end of the season.
