Victor Osimhen has admitted he will want to play in the Premier League amid growing transfer speculations around the Napoli striker.
Chelsea and Manchester United have lately been linked with Osimhen, who is the leading scorer in the Italian Serie A as Napoli stay on track for a third championship.
“I think it is an ambition of all players,” said Osimhen, when asked about moving to a Premier League club.
“And who knows, maybe one day, right now I can assure you that it hasn’t even crossed my mind.
“It would distract me from what has been a beautiful season. Only Napoli. That’s all.”
The 24-year-old Osimhen has a contract till June 2025 with Napoli.
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has also admitted there could be an offer for the striker that he could not dismiss.
