After five years in Norway, former Flying Eagles defender Igho Ogbu has joined Czech champions Slavia Praha on a three-year contract.
Slavia Praha announced the transfer today.
The Czech league and cup champions are believed to have splashed 2 Million Euros for Ogbu.
Ogbu, who featured at the 2019 U20 FIFA World Cup in Poland and has been capped by the Golden Eaglets, was outstanding for Norwegian club Lillestrom this past season.
The tough-tackling defender also attracted interest in Belgium and Sweden.
He has boosted the Nigerian contingent at Slavia Praha, who already have Peter Olayinka and Moses Usor.
He is guaranteed European football season after season.
