Injury-prone Balogun down again as QPR super run ends in defeat

Leon Balogun’s injury woes have continued in England after he was hauled off after just 14 minutes of action by QPR against Luton.

The 34-year-old defender has made six appearances since his arrival from Scottish club Rangers as a free agent this summer.

In the absence of the experienced central defender QPR fell 3-1 to end a three-match winning run.

The London club are now fourth on the table with 24 points from 14 matches.

They are a point behind English Championship leaders Burnley.
