Reports out of Turkey have suggested that free agent Anthony Nwakaeme, who was previously close to signing in Saudi Arabia, has now begun talks with La Liga club Real Valladolid.
Recently he was also linked to English Championship side Hull City.
Nwakaeme did not agree a new contract with Trabzonspor after he helped them clinch the Turkish championship last season.
At 33, Nwakaeme is believed to be shopping for a final big pay day.
The forward scored 47 goals and provided 73 assists in 144 games for the Ankara-based club.
