Hajduk Split new signing Emem Eduok has expressed delight to score on his league debut for the Croatian club in a 3-0 win at hosts NK Varazdin.
Eduok applauded the fans for their support.
“Thank you Jesus. Thank you Hajduk fans for your support. God is the greatest… three points,” he tweeted after the big win.
Hajduk Split are second on the league table with maximum six points from two games.
The former Kasimpasa of Turkey striker was introduced to the game in the 56th minute as a replacement for Bassel Jradi and went on to score in the 86th minute for his side’s third goal of the game.
