Alhassan Yusuf came off the bench to provide an assist for Ally Samatta to score at Eintracht Frankfurt, but it was not enough as Antwerp failed to win their first game in the UEFA Europa League group phase.
Yusuf came off the bench in the 67th minute, before he provided the assist for Samatta to put Antwerp 2-1 ahead.
However, the Belgian club were denied their first win after the home team drew level deep into stoppage time.
Antwerp, who are bottom of Group D with two points, will hope to redeem some lost pride when they welcome already qualified Olympiacos in a final group game early next month.
