Asisat Oshoala has said she has been left devastated after she injured her knee and will be sidelined for about two months.
Oshoala was forced out of Barcelona Ladies game Champions League clash against Germany’s Hoffenheim Wednesday.
The club later announced she suffered a rapture of the posterior cruciate ligament in her right knee.
“This one hit me so hard,“ admitted the leading scorer in the Spanish league with 11 goals.
“It’s a tough pill for me to swallow. I can’t even lie.
“Thank you for the messages.
“I will be back soon and even better Insha Allahu.”
