Central defender Valentine Ozornwafor will now hope to kick start his career in Europe after Galatasaray announced his loan transfer to Sporting Charleroi.
Initial reports were that the left-footed centre-back has been loaned out to Turkish second division club Denizlispor.
Both clubs have also agreed a buy-up option for the former Flying Eagles star, who recently made his Super eagles debut against Cameroon.
Ozornwafor made his long-awaited debut for Galatasaray last season, but that will be the only appearance he made for the Istanbul giants all of that campaign.
The former Enyimba player previously played in Spain with UD Almeria in the Segunda Division on loan from Galatasaray.
Sporting Charleroi was the club who relaunched the career of Victor Osimhen after he was declared surplus to requirements at Bundesliga club Wolfsburg.
He scored the goals that earned him a transfer to Ligue 1 club Lille soon after.
