Henry Onyekuru has finally completed a permanent transfer to Greek champions Olympiacos, who paid a knockdown price to AS Monaco.
The Super Eagles forward, 24, has signed a four-year contract, according to Olympiacos.
Initial reports had suggested he will play for the Athens giants on loan.
Olympiacos, who will feature in the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds, paid 4.5 Million Euros for him, which is a huge knockdown price to the 13.5 Million Euros Monaco splashed out two years ago.
It is also well below his transfer market value of seven Million Euros.
His transfer to Monaco did not go to plan as he failed to establish himself at the French Ligue 1 outfit and he was shipped out on two loan switches to Turkish giants Galatasaray.
Galatasaray did not active the buy-out option to sign him permanently for 4.3 Million Euros at the end of last season.
Monaco have confirmed Onyekuru’s departure, while wishing him the best in the future.
