Five years after he quit Norway, Fred Friday appears to have got back his groove at his favourite hunting ground this time with Stromgodset.

The 25-year-old striker had not seen much action in the last two years before he produced a magical solo run to score his first goal against his former Norwegian club Lillestrom.
He ghosted past compatriot Igho Ogbu on his way to the super goal.
A lot was expected of Friday when he made the big jump to Dutch club AZ Alkmaar in July 2016 for over a million Euros.
But it was mostly a difficult time for the powerfully-built centre-forward in Holland and it was ended in January 2020, when he was released by Alkmaar.
In January, he signed as a free agent for Stromgodset.
His contract is till December 2022.
