The Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, the venue for tonight’s 2022 World Cup showdown between home team Ghana and the Super Eagles, has been sold out.
Officials said all 40,000 match tickets have been taken up meaning it will be a full house when the two West African rivals clash again tonight.
CAF have already given Ghana the green light to play this crucial game before a full-capacity crowd.
The Black Stars are therefore guaranteed total support at their favoured fortress in their quest to qualify for a fourth World Cup at the expense of arch-rivals Nigeria.
The return leg will be staged on Tuesday at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
